You will find that we give our customers top priority over all else. We believe that our customers are the reason we exist. We sincerely appreciate every order we receive. All customers' shopping on our site will be treated with dignity and respect. We are here for our customers, to aid in any and all questions, whether it be about pricing, shipping, product availability or just wanting to make a comment about our site. We will return all inquires within 12-24 hours. We want our customers to feel safe, secure, peaceful, tranquil and at home while shopping on our site. We are strongly committed to our customers, providing the best products, huge selection, service, communications and a price so that all may enjoy owning one of our many wonderful products. Due to the overwhelming questions regarding shipping procedures we have included this helpful guide for our customers. We have no way of knowing the "exact amount of shipping" until you have placed an order. UPS shipping charges do fluctuate depending on fuel rates. We must know the wind chime size, weight, where it will be shipped to, etc. Note: UPS charges extra when shipping to rural areas. It will take longer for your wind chime/product to arrive when shipping to a rural area. We only ship to the Continental US - We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. No Post Office Box's, APO's or FPO's please. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, although keep in mind that if your item is not currently in stock, and we have to order from our manufacture, that it may take one to two weeks before your item arrives. This is standard practice to allow at least 14 days (sometimes longer if you live in a rural area) for delivery of item ordered. Customers will be notified via Email if there are any delays in our ability to ship your item. Please make sure and provide your correct Email address, this is the only means we use to notify you in case of any problems or questions about your order we may encounter. In the shopping cart area, please be careful to use correct punctuation for inserting your name and address. Please do not use all lower case lettering when filling out forms. Thank you! For example: Name: bill smith Address: 349 longfellow st City/Town: big deal, wa 52468 The “Customer” (you) is the person doing the ordering and in whom the billing will be charged. All correspondence from us will go to the “Customer” (you) only. The “Ship To” person is the person that you the “Customer” are shipping the item to. The “Ship To” person will not receive any information from Its About Chime. ATTENTION: PLEASE INSERT IN THE "COMMENT SECTION" THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU ARE SHIPPING THE PRODUCT TO, IF OTHER THAN YOURSELF. DO NOT CLICK THE "SHIPPING SAME AS BILLING BOX" OR YOUR SHIP TO NAME AND ADDRESS WILL CANCELL ITSELF OUT AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOURSELF! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS MADE IN FILLING OUT FORMS! If you the “Customer” are ordering and shipping to yourself, then you will see YOUR name in the “Ship To” field. NO name will ever be in the “BILL TO” area of the form, only in the address of billing area. In other words if you are ordering for yourself, your name and address will appear on the right hand side of the order form. The left hand side will show your address only, always. If we cannot ship within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) we will offer you an immediate refund or the option of waiting for your item. We can only ship out your orders Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will NOT be available to ship until Monday. Our main carriers are UPS and USPS, we cannot control their service, and therefore, we cannot be held responsible for lost, late or damaged goods. If, you have a shipping problem we will be glad to contact UPS or USPS and try to resolve any issues. We are not held responsible for any delays due to weather or holidays. Please remember that UPS/USPS does not calculate weekends into their delivery schedule. It is based on Monday through Friday only. All of our orders are shipped from Texas via UPS or USPS. Most all wind chimes will be delivered inside the continental US within 5-7 business days. (Monday through Friday) that is if you selected UPS as your shipping preference. NOTE: There is no delivery time guarantee with UPS ground shipping. Please remember to keep this in mind when the busy holiday seasons are here. For example, Mother’s Day and Christmas. |
